RETURN POLICY
Inhabit offers color and fabric swatches of all products. To see exact colors and fabrics we highly recommend ordering a swatch first. CLICK HERE TO ORDER.

Please review the requirements below in order to receive a refund/exchange. Requests for a return must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. Refunds will only be issued if the product is in original condition and wrapped in original unopened packaging. We are unable to process your return/exchange until it is back in our possession so we strongly recommend that you insure the package. We are not responsible for packages returned with no tracking information. We do not accept returns via COD.

• Any return that is sent back without an RMA will be refused for delivery and returned to the shipper.

• A 20% restocking fee will be applied on returns. Shipping fees and swatch credits are non-refundable. 

• If you were eligilbe for free shipping this will deducted from the return if your order no longer quaifies.

• Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days from receipt of the return. Please check with your credit card issuer on how long it takes to post the funds back to you account. The bank determines this, not Inhabit.

• All purchases of sale, clearance, samples, swatches, custom made items or fire proof primer are final.
OBTAINING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA)
Contact us at returns@inhabitliving.com with your original order ID number, item(s) you wish to return/exchange and reason. No phone calls please. RMA’s are not issued over the phone. You will receive a response via e-mail within 72 hours along with instructions for return or additional questions. RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the returning package. Are only valid for 10 calendar days from date received and will only be issued once, so please promptly ship back the item(s). You should retain the tracking number of the return shipment for your records. We also suggest Ground service for return shipments.
IF YOU RECEIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
Save your original packaging until you are sure your order is defect/damage free and filled correctly. Defective product will be replaced. This pertains to receipt of new orders only. Contact us at returns@inhabitliving.com within five days. KEEP ALL OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING as it may be required for inspection by the shipping company. If you received incorrect merchandise we will issue a call tag to retrieve it or provide a return shipping label in the box of the replacement merchandise being sent to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To ensure prompt order fulfillment all cancellations initiated after 24 hours will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY THROUGH AN INHABIT AUTHORIZED RESELLER?
Contact the retailer or online store you purchased the item from or visit their website for their return policies. Do not send product purchased through an authorized Inhabit reseller back to Inhabit, it will be refused and returned to you.

 

We reserve the right to alter minor details of our products in the interest of maintaining product quality and design integrity. Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted on this site or in such materials. Some products may show differences in color/texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness.
