RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will accept returns
within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
• ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA). Please contact us
at returns@inhabitliving.com with your name, order ID number, item name and
reason for return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) via
email. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package when
shipped back to Inhabit. RMA numbers are valid for 10 calendar days from
receiving, so promptly ship back the item. Please save your original
packaging until you are sure your order is defect free, damage free and
correct. All returned items must include original packing materials and the
merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in saleable condition.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied on returns for reasons other than
damaged or defect merchandise.
• All purchases of Sale, Clearance and Samples Sale items are final. No
returns or exchanges will be honored.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Please allow up to 2 billing cycles from the date on which your
merchandise is received by us for your account to be credited.
• Inhabit recommends you track your returns so that you may confirm we have
received your package. Also, you may want to consider insuring your return.
Inhabit will not be responsible for the loss of any return that was not
insured.
• IF YOU RECEIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE, please contact us at
returns@inhabitliving.com within 5 days to arrange for a replacement. KEEP
ALL OF THE ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS AND PACKAGING. If damaged it will be
required for inspection by the shipping company. If the return is the result
of an error, we will issue a call tag for the merchandise.
• All ORDER CANCELLATIONS will be subject to a 5% of order total
cancellation fee.
• Please note that we reserve the right to alter minor details of the
products featured on this site and in other print materials we provide in
the interest of maintaining product quality and design integrity.
Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted
on this site or in such materials. Please remember that some of our products
may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate
defectiveness.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY THROUGH AN INHABIT AUTHORIZED RESELLER?
• Contact the retailer or online store you purchased from or visit their
website for their return policies. Do not send product purchased through an
authorized Inhabit retailer back to Inhabit, unfortunately it will be
refused and returned to you.
