
RETURN POLICY
• Inhabit's cotton bedding are stock items and can be returned within 10 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on returns for reasons other than defects. No returns will be accepted on bedding that has been opened.
• Inhabit cannot accept returns on Wall Flats due to the fact that damage during shipment is likely if improperly packaged.
• Inhabit pillows, stretched canvases and Slats are handprinted and made-to-order, therefore considered to be custom orders. No changes, cancellations, returns or refunds on these items. Please make your choices when purchasing a custom made product very carefully and cautiously, as it is not our policy to stock these items and makes it impossible for Inhabit to store and resell rejected custom items to other customers. For this reason, our policy is that CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED IN WHOLE OR IN PART ONCE PLACED.
• All sales on Sample Sale items are final.
• ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA). Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us at returns@inhabitliving.com with your name, order ID number, item name and reason for return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) via email. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package when shipped back to Inhabit. RMA numbers are valid for 10 calendar days from receiving, so promptly ship back the item. Please save your original packaging until you are sure your order is defect free, damage free and correct. All returned items must include original packing materials and the merchandise must be in unused, saleable condition. Inhabit will refuse shipments that do not have a valid RMA number. Refused shipments will be returned to the shipper and additional shipping charges may apply.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that the cost of shipping your original order will be deducted from the amount of your return credit if the items being returned brings your total to below $200.
• Refunds to your credit card will be made within 10 business days. Please note your credit card company may take up to 2 billing cycles for a reimbursement to appear. Check with your credit card company for details.
• Inhabit recommends you track your returns so that you may confirm we have received your package. Also, you may want to consider insuring your return. Inhabit will not be responsible for the loss of any return that was not insured.
• IF YOU RECEIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE, please contact us at returns@inhabitliving.com within 3 days to arrange for a replacement. KEEP ALL OF THE ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS AND PACKAGING. If damaged it will be required for inspection by the shipping company. If the return is the result of an error, we will issue a call tag for the merchandise.
• Please note that we reserve the right to alter minor details of the products featured on this site and in other print materials we provide in the interest of maintaining product quality and design integrity. Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted on this site or in such materials. Please remember that some of our products may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness.
• All ORDER CANCELLATIONS should be made within 24 hrs of the time that an order has been placed. If your order has been processed prior to receiving your cancellation, then the rules for returns and exchanges will apply. For custom order items, once the order has been placed, we cannot accept a cancellation.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY THROUGH AN INHABIT AUTHORIZED RESELLER?
• Contact the retailer or online store you purchased from or visit their website for their return policies. Do not send product purchased through an authorized Inhabit retailer back to Inhabit, unfortunately it will be refused and returned to you.
