OUT OF THE PIPELINE – Introducing Corrulights from Inhabit

Texture is sort an obsession around here and we are always looking for ways to introduce it into areas where flat surfaces typically rule. Our latest foray into this is Corrulights. They mix light & shadow through repetitive silhouettes fixed on a central sprocket. The results are beautiful, airy, sculptural forms that take advantage of smart materials in a 75% recycled form. They are made in the USA, all parts UL listed, treated for fire retardancy, ship flat and assemble in minutes.

Corrulights now available here.

OUT OF THE PIPELINE- Introducing Reclaimed Drinkware

I wanted to start the week off letting you know about our new drinkware line made from reclaimed glass bottles. The drinking glasses are handmade in the USA in Indianapolis from pre and post-consumer waste.

Pulled from the waste stream and diverted from landfills these outcasts are given new life as modern drinking glasses. They are perfectly imperfect with unexpected beautiful details like original stamping, casting impressions or varying wall thicknesses. These details combined with Inhabit’s trademarked designs sandblasted onto the surface create something worth hanging onto. Available in four different glass colors and a large selection of designs.

Wall Flats available to International customers

Wovin

Inhabit is excited to announce we have secured distribution of our Wall Flats® in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines through wall and ceiling paneling specialists, Wovin Wall®. They were established in 2006 as a joint venture between Box and Dice, designers of the Wovin Wall® System and Instyle Contract Textiles.

They began much like Inhabit as a design firm producing and distributing their own product. Now, they offer a range of systems such as Wave, Ripple, Moov Acoustic panels and their newest addition, Inhabit Wall Flats. “We have been patiently searching for a like-minded partner to help us deliver Wall Flats to a broader International customer base and feel this is the perfect fit”, says Mike Tuttle at Inhabit. He also adds, “We are extremely excited that customers in AUS, NZ and parts of Southeast Asia will now have access to Wall Flats. This has been a very active area of the world in terms of seeking out how they can get the tiles, so having locally based distribution is a huge leap forward for us”.
